Summer to Fall Sweater Style

August 9, 2020

Who else is ready for Fall weather? I am dreaming of sweaters and boots, but it will probably be hot here for a longggg time. Sigh.

In the South, we need a Fall wardrobe that can go from 80 degrees October 30, and Jack Frost coming on the 31st. I have put together an easy transitional outfit that fits the bill for both!

For summer, nothing is better than white jeans and an easy top!

These jeans are so comfortable and flattering, and the frayed tulip hem makes them right on trend. They would look great with booties on into fall!
My sleeveless sweater is such a great neutral color. It is surprisingly lightweight, and the halter neckline is great for work or a night out!

My flat sandals are super comfortable and so chic with any outfit, and the color is perfect going into fall.

With Fall right around the corner, I decided to pair the same sweater and jeans with a great plaid blazer and suede booties.
This blazer is so affordable, and the neutral colors can be paired with anything in your closet!
I have worn these suede booties more times than I can count last year, and they are great with anything from jeans to a little black dress!

And I can’t forget this hat! It is a total fave, and there is a similar one in the Nordstrom sale right now! So great and easy to throw on!
