Balancing Act

July 15, 2020

Okay… first blog post here we go!

So I mentioned I love finding pieces that are inexpensive, but I also love a good splurge that will never go out of style. This outfit is a great combination of both. This adorable romper is Amazon, and it is the perfect color for summer. It also doesn’t hurt it feels like pajamas! It’s sold out in a few sizes and colors, but they restock often!

My Gucci disco bag is one of my favorite pieces in my closet, and it is definitely worth every penny! It is great for day to day as well as the perfect size for travel.  Also perfect for vacation are these Nikes, currently on SALE! I have been living in these for work all summer, and I love that the white goes with anything, from denim shorts to a cute sundress. They run pretty true to size, I normally wear a size 8 and these fit comfortably.

The headband is also another Amazon find, and it comes in a 2-pack for under $15! It is comfortable to wear and looks like some of the more expensive designer ones. My necklaces are also both great dupes, and the layering trend isn’t going anywhere. I especially love the snake chain style; it goes with everything and is the perfect length to layer or wear by itself.

My DIFF glass are some of the most comfortable sunglasses I own: not only is the tortoise shell perfect to transition to fall, but they are polarized, making them perfect for the beach! They are BOGO on the website as well! Great time to snag a pair for you and a friend (or keep both for yourself ;).

Whether you want to splurge or save (or a little of both), the best investment is in pieces that are fun and functional to transition to fall!
